How To Soccer Juggle
Soccer juggle is pretty useful in order to increase your overall technique skills. Juggling is also a good way to warm up before a match or training session. There are several ways of how you can practice juggle in soccer. You could for example practice with your teammates or by yourself. The only thing you need is a soccer ball. I would also recommend you to use a tennis ball or some other ball with same size because it will increase your skills more comparing to a general soccer ball.

Steps for How to Soccer Juggle
1. The first thing you need to do before starting to juggle is to find a flat piece of ground where you can stand without being interrupted

2. Start by holding the ball above your kicking foot

3. Drop the ball onto your kicking foot and kick up your foot slightly as the ball lands on it

4. Try to keep your toes little higher than your heel which will cause the spin to the ball

5. Ensure yourself that the ball is under control

6. While the ball is in the air, try to catch it

7. Perform this with both feet’s until you feel comfortable with the movement.

8. Now, try to do the same thing twice in a row. However, this time you should not catch the ball. Instead, let the ball fall back slightly on your foot and then bounce up up again.

9. Now, place your kicking foot on the ground. Then, take a slight hop in order to move where the ball is once you have kicked the ball in the air.

10. When you feel comfortable you should start to move every time you kick the ball. This will be more difficult comparing to the standing still juggling but will increase your balance several levels.

Here are some guidelines of how you can start with the ball at your feet
- First, you need to place the ball at your feet. After you have done that place the kicking foot on the top of the ball. Now quickly roll your foot down the ball to create a backspin on the ball

- Second place your toes of the kicking foot underneath the ball and let the ball roll up your foot. Now kick the ball straight up and try to keep it low, not higher than your chest

- Third, when the ball comes down, your placement should make it possible to hit the ball again. Continue to do this until you lose control of the ball, and then start over again.

Tip!
Keep in mind that soccer juggle requires patience! It may take you awhile to get the real rhythm of juggling but don’t give up. One way to perform your soccer juggling skills is to compete with yourself. Every time you juggle try to count how many times you have kicked the ball before it touches the ground.
